Yes. We offer a guarantee with all of our repairs. The length of guarantee depends on the work being done (subject to general wear and tear).
We repair a huge range of watch brands, ranging all the way from Armani to Zodiac. We’ve listed many of the popular brands we repair here. If your brand is not listed please get in touch anyway as there’s a high chance we can help!
We can source genuine parts for many watch brands. Wherever possible we will attempt to source original parts for your watch. If they are no longer available we can usually offer generic parts replacements for many brands. This information will be provided to you when we provide you with a quote.
Our time scales depend on the complexity of the work being carried out. Part replacements such as crowns and glasses can usually be supplied and fitted within 2 – 4 weeks (dependant on availability from the manufacturer). More complex repairs (such as full servicing) can take from 4 – 12 weeks, depending on movement type and brand. More detailed information will be provided when we provide your quote
Yes. Our postal service is really easy to use. Just get your free quote and send your item. Once we’ve agreed a price and carried out the work we send your item straight back to you, by Royal Mail special delivery.
